Hua Hin
Hua Hin
Thailand
October 2006
3 days
After Koh Tao we checked out Hua Hin, a resort town on the way to bangkok. It's quite built up as it has been established as a resort town for a while for local people, although now it seemed it was mostly faraang that were there.
Its ok there, not nearly as sleazy as pattaya or phuket, but we only spent a couple of days there as we needed to get to bangkok to sort out our visas for vietnam.
On our last night in Hua Hin i got what i thought was food poisening and was up most of the night being sick - i had some pork noodle soup from a hawker stand for 20p - i was pleased at how cheap dinner was but i ended up paying the price.
