weve found a decent hotel thats pretty cheap and have been spending our time shopping (as usual), drinking (no surprise there either) and going to the thai embassy to sort out our visas.

just bought a portable dvd player! heheh, its a really small one with only a 5&Quot; screen (bout the same size as an airplane screen) but the whole unit is only the size of a large discman and it was under a hundered quid .

i think our next stop will be koh phi phi but i think its the rainy season at the moment so i need to research it a little.

But after the agony we both felt really light headed and relaxed - so relaxed in fact we had to go and lie down - it was a v. nice feeling. Also, sorted out thai visas so we can stay in Thailand for a couple of months. And went bowling - even managed to win one game! (got 120 - i think my highest ever score)
