We left and went further north to Luam Prabang which was ok. I think it would have been bettre but there was a lot of construction work while we were there. They did have this beautiful night market which was so chilled and softly lit all stalls selling cool ethnic type stuff.
During the two days we visited two waterfalls, the first was massive and easily the most impressive waterfall i have ever seen.
The second was a waterfgall combined with a forest so there was water cascading between trees in the jungle with loads of swimming pools as well. It was more fun and also incredibly beautiful.

#3days later we went to Luang Pragbang - the most popular place in Laos -- quite a pretty town and the views between Vang vieng and LP were spectacular. However there wasnt much happening here. Although just outside of town were two of the bext waterfalls Ive seen so far. One was tall with lots of spray and the other had a really nice swimming area.

The best waterfall in world?
Maybe.
This is amazing, like something out of a film

The night market
Nothing like any other markets in SE Asia - so relaxing with lots of naked light bulbs giving a calming glow over the ethnic knick-knacks on sale

A cool waterfall
The best thing about luang prabang was the waterfalls - this was is weird, its flowing through all these trees - never seen anything like it!
