Because we both prefer Dali to Lijiang we got the next bus back and arrived back in Dali last night. We we going to leave today but have decided to rest for a day as we are both aching. My toes are cut to shreds and everytime i stop walking my calf muscle cramps up. So we are both hobbling round like old people.
Will leave tomorrow for a town called Nanning I think. Its in the south and has beaches nearby - sick of being cold at night so we want some warmth.
Will let you know what it is like.
