Yesterday i finally had to replace my flip-flops (or thongs over here) for the last few weeks ive been walking around with a massive bite out of my right flip courtesy of the pool monster &Quot;Pepper&Quot;.

Brisbane was a very nice city with a great climate and lots of skyscrapers and stuff, on our first night we went to a backpackers bar in town and proceeded to get hammered on jugs of Tooheys New, a fun evening was had and many new people were met - the following day we were both pretty hung over and nothing was accomplised.

Just arrived in Brisbane today. Again got a good room but a bit far out of town - have spent the day looking around and lying by the pool. Off tonight to the pub as we have some free meals vouchers.
