india is so cheap - all the bungalows weve stayed in have been about 2 pound a night (they are rubbish though) and a pint of beer is about 50p and dinner is about a quid and we normally share that as we are both completley sick of curries and have lost our apetites. However, the place we are currently in has lots of pizza places so all is not lost. Also public transport is about 20p for 100 miles or so. So feasibly could spend ages here without cutting into the budget.
