Kuchaman Fort - One of the oldest & most inaccessible forts of Rajasthan; situated on top of a straight hill; Jodhpur rulers used to mint their gold & silver currency here; affords a beautiful view of the city; the fort has been converted into a beautiful and fascinating hotel.

Patti had an important birthday here, and we had a wonderful meal on a warm evening under the stars, toasted with Indian champagne. The hotel were kind enough to lay on a firework display in her honour, and decorated our room with petals and balloons. There was also a puppet show, and other entertainment. A heavenly place.

The Puppet show
This was unmissable. The traditional Indian show included Michael Jackson doing a moonwalk!
