Kuchaman Town
Kuchaman Town
India
March 2005
3 days
We also walked around Kuchaman town, down below, and were lucky enoguh to visit the local Jain school and see the market, where a cow ran amuk and trampled some stalls, in its excitement at seeing some foreigners!

Dawn at Kuchaman
Taken at breakfastime, as we were about to leave this idyllic spot, to travel to Jaipur.

Our bedroom,
decorated with petals and ballons by the hotel, for pattis birthday. A complete surprise.

Refreshments
A Kingfisher with a view.

Kuchaman Market
The colourful local market, complete with cows.

Shy ladies
The lady in pink was not keen on having her photo taken.

Some of the schoolchildren
Arent they lovely!

The local school
This was a school run by the jain community. The children were delightful and the headmaster very pleased that we visited his school.
