Our tour guides moved heaven and earth to obtain special passes for us to attend the opening ceremony of The Tantric University at Dharamsala in the presence of His Holiness The Dalai Lama.
It was certainly worth it, this being one of the most amazing experiences of my life. To be sitting amongst hundreds of Tibetan monks, some of whom had trekked for days to be there was awe inspiring. And His Holinesss smile...
