Head up the road through Barcelona to Tarragonna.
Taragonna was the roman capital of Spain a long long time ago and you can definitely tell. It was almost like being in Italy sometimes with the random roman ruins around the city, the massive amphitheatre near the beach and the cathedral. There was also the ruins of a forum where there were old stone tablets with engravings which I thought was pretty cool.
The beach was nice (apart from the old men in speedos), the weather was beautiful and it was great sitting around in the shade having a few drinks. Had a good drinking session and a wander around the port that night.
