Too cloudy to go up the cable car to see the Matterhorn and I was mega disappointed, but all the more reason to go back another time I guess.
Jumped back in the van and travelled on towards Interlaken, with some amazing scenery, very steep roads and fog along the way. On the Grimsel Pass we came across the Grimselsee, this weird alien green lake. Bizarre. Drove through the clouds and then back under them again. Stopped off at Aareschult on the way where there was a glacial gorge that you could walk along. That was pretty awesome.
Found a perfect spot on the Interlaken for the van, right on the lake and watched the beautiful sunset. The interlaken was beautiful, and we even met some locals who were going for a dive in the lake which was fun.
