Don & Judy celebrated their 50th anniversary in Budapest. It is Judy's first trip to the homeland of her father, who was born in southern Hungary. They spent four great nights at the Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal, and visited many great city sites on both sides of the Danube.
For their anniversary, they were whisked by limo from the hotel to the legendary Gundel Etterem restaurant, where they were fed like kings and attended by a violinist.
Their last full day in Hungary, they visited the Danube Bend countryside north of the city, stopping in Esztergom, Visegrad, and Szentendre.
