The final European hotel on the 50th anniversary tour was in Zurich - the Wellenberg Hotel in the heart of the old city near the river.
Old town Zurich was a pleasant and enchanting surprise, and the cobbled restaurant alley was a great place to people-watch.
A highlight here was seeing Marc Chagall's stained glass windows in the Fraumunster Cathedral.
